Description The Arjo Toilet Loop Sling is available with head support or without head support The Toilet Loop Sling is a purpose-built design especially for toileting, dressing and undressing resident/patients. This design of the toilet sling ensures dignified handling routines with easy, efficient access to residents’/patients’ clothing for dressing and undressing in connection with toileting routines. The padded arm of the sling provides comfort and support. Leg supports are padded for extra comfort, but are narrow to allow clothing to be removed easily. The toilet sling can also be equipped with a safety belt around the upper body for extra security. Careful resident/patient assessment is strongly recommended as the nature of this sling means there is less fabric to give support compared to a general purpose sling and it may not be suitable for patients with poor upper or lower body tone. These toileting slings are designed to be used with Arjo patient lifts and transfer aids. With these lifts, caregivers are able to conveniently and safely move patients from beds and wheelchairs, providing an easy path to dignified toileting and bathing.
